[NEW MUSIC] DJ M3 – ” FIGHT THE POWER” | @djM3sf

DJ M3 uses his DJ skills to create a powerful song featuring messages from Activist-Tamika Mallory and Public Enemy

DJ M3 wants people to hear this rally song and MAKE A CHANGE HAPPEN-GET OUT AND VOTE! DJ M3 stakes his everlasting claim in the Bay Area music community as a key promoter and DJ roles for which he took on the abbreviated appellation of M3-short for “Makes Me Move”. Beginning with a fluid, down-tempo approach, M3 eventually evolved his sound to the expression of Deep House, Disco, and Tech House chuggers he is known for today.

After hearing Tamika Mallory speak a few weeks ago, DJ M3 was moved and inspired to place her message on a powerful beat. Tamika is a 39-year-old mother to her young-adult son, a nationally-recognized civil rights activist and seasoned community organizer. She is the President of Mallory Consulting-a strategic planning firm and a former board member of The Gathering for Justice. Tamika has landed on the 2017 Time 100 Pioneers list and Fortune’s 2017 list of the World’s Greatest Leaders. Tamika has two decades of work and expertise in the areas of criminal justice reform, gun violence prevention, and movement building. She is a prominent voice for civil rights, social justice, and the new wave of feminism.

DJ M3“This has meant something to me all my life. I would like to consider her the voice of these times, so her words can resonate and become ingrained in our thoughts. What better way to keep her message in our minds than with powerful music.”~ DJ M3
