A Little Rock man was held at gunpoint after meeting another man to buy bundles of hair in a pharmacy parking lot Wednesday, police reported.Officers were called at 2:50 p.m. to a Walgreens at 9200 N. Rodney Parham Rd., west of Reservoir Road. Andre White,
