A Washington state man was arrested by federal agents Tuesday for allegedly threatening to kill Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police officer who shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 46-year-old Jaleel Tariq Abdul-Jabbaar, who was arrested at his home, began posting threats on social media shortly after the shooting occurred last August.
Facebook posts from the defendant are said to have specifically mentioned officer Wilson as well as his family. Abdul-Jabbaar is also accused of attempting to plan a Ferguson trip with others in order to “give back the bullets” to Officer Wilson.
