A deputy claims she was fired for refusing a sexual threesome with a
sheriff and another female employee.
LaDonna Williams, a sheriff’s deputy at Clayton County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia, filed a harassment complaint about Sheriff Kem Kimbrough and another deputy Alicia Parkes.
Williams claims Kimbrough gave her a card with his personal number on urging her to get in touch if she ‘needed him right away’.
She also said that Parkes started sending her nude pictures of herself before the deputy allegedly grabbed Williams’ breasts.
‘I got very angry about that,’ Williams claimed to CBS Atlanta News.
‘The next thing I know she’s asking, “Would you have sex with both of us?”‘
Parkes was referring to herself and Kimbrough, according to the internal affairs report.
Williams also alleged that Parkes had videotaped another employee in the bathroom.
Parkes has been indicted but remains employed at the office.

Williams, a high school drop out, admits she was not qualified for the role but claims Kimbrough paid for her GED with county funds.
She even failed her police tests but was still hired into the role.
‘The chief of staff told me that the only reason I was hired was because Sheriff Kimbrough wanted me there,’ Williams said.
‘He (Kimbrough) heard that I had failed my test but I was still allowed to work there. I failed my NCIC test, my GCIC,’ she added.
Weeks later the sexual advances began, she claimed.
She then filed a complaint of sexual harassment to internal affairs, but was later sacked.
‘I was fired simply because I did not have a threesome between Sheriff Kimbrough and Deputy Parkes,’ Williams claimed.
When approached by CBS Kimbrough denied the allegations.
‘That is absolutely ridiculous and I don’t have time to talk with you about that,’ he said.
It is not the first time Kimbrough has been accused of having sexual relations with an employee at the sheriff’s office.
His internal affairs record apparently shows Kimbrough, then a major, was investigated for a case that involved harassment in the workplace.
It was determined that he had a consensual relationship with a correctional officer in the department.
