(NY POST)- MyKia Tyson, a 20 year old woman out of Louisiana hired four teens to murder her ex girlfriend’s new partner.
Tyson who was the driver had driven to Lacombe with the four boys to her ex’s boyfriend’s house on June 5 to carry out the plot to kill.
Her plot quickly failed when one of the teens backed out at the last minute out of fear of being caught.
The older of the four boys,19 year old Delester Magee was the one who fired off the shots at the home where Tyson’s ex’s boyfriend was at the time, but intentionally missed. Magee immediately had feelings of regret and backed out of the plan at the last minute.
Tyson, Magee, and three other boys who were not named because of being underage one being 17, and the other two 16, were all arrested.
Tyson was charged with solicitation for murder and contributing to the delinquency of minors
Magee has been charged with aggravated criminal damage to property, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and criminal conspiracy.
The minors were each arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated criminal damage, and released via a custodial agreement.
