Two people are charged with first-degree murder after their 11-week-old baby died from ingesting meth in St. Francis County, Arkansas.
St. Francis County Sheriff Bobby May confirms the baby died from ingesting meth late last year. The toxicology report came back this week.
Sara Kizer and Doug Bokker are both charged with first-degree murder and are being held on $250,000 bonds.
Investigators are still determining how the baby ingested the meth.
