19-year-old Mori Gabriella Montgomery is a survivor of an extreme case of domestic violence, as she was nearly killed after being thrown out of a moving vehicle by her ex-boyfriend and then beaten into the hospital. Back in February Mori posted her graphic injuries on her various social media accounts in order to bring awareness to the harsh abuse she suffered. Apparently her ex was constantly jealous and paranoid that she was cheating on him (which she claims was never the case) and as a result he threw her out of a moving car, knocked her unconscious and severely beat her as he dragged her limp body throughout a Las Vegas street.
Mori has gained loads of support from many who have chosen to follow her story. Her injuries stripped her of her ability to walk during a certain period of her recovery, and also forced her to wear a neck-brace for many weeks. She’s continued to post updates on her slow but steady recovery process, and recently shared a picture of herself wearing the neck-brace with her face showing great signs of healing.
