Lindsay Lohan is threatening to sue the jewelry store that sold surveillance footage of her alleged theft.
TMZ is reporting that Lohan plans to file suit against Kamofie & Company for the sale of the footage because she did not give her permission for its release for profit.
Lohan reportedly met with lawyers Tuesday morning to discuss her legal options, TMZ said.
The grainy video allegedly shows Lohan taking a $2,500 diamond necklace on January 22, 2011.
The security footage was sold to Entertainment Tonight after the Associated Press brokered a deal for the sale.
