(KTHV) – Jermain Taylor made an appearance in court Tuesday morning, after being arrested Monday afternoon when a man said that the boxer shot at him and pointed a gun at his wife and children.

The judge Taylor appeared before Tuesday morning stated that she doesn’t care who he is or what he’s famous for. The judge was heard saying that he will be treated like everyone else in criminal court as the trial goes on.
In court, Taylor pleaded not guilty on all accounts. That’s two counts of battery, three counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of substance, and third-degree endangering a minor. He claimed that the family was trespassing on his property when the shooting incident happened.
