Dr. Peter Q. John announces formation of exploratory committee for political office

All too often, politicians make promises they never intend to keep. Also, politicians run on platforms the often times know little or nothing about – such is not the case with Dr. Peter Q. John. He is in the “the know” when it comes to just about any topic you can name, and he is not afraid to dig for information on topics where he may be less than familiar. He’s a connected man who knows how to “Talk CALM” and get things done – and he’s about to shake up the political landscape in Louisiana, which could in turn, have important implications all around our nation.

John announced yesterday that he is considering running in the next mayoral election in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In a city where the murder rate literally rivals that of cities as much as four times its size, a candidate who pays attention is needed. John may just very well be that candidate. We’ll know soon enough.

A politician possessing John‘s intellectual ability and “gift of gab” would bode well for a city with the type of problems and potential for success that Baton Rouge has – if only the city can stop being its own enemy. John could be the candidate to change all of that.

John was reportedly asked by certain “unidentified political consultants” to run in this year’s election. He is a registered Republican who previously ran for state representative. His primary campaign platform will focus on the following areas that most definitely need attention:

  • Educational reform
  • Economic development
  • Access to health care
  • Funding reform
  • Violent crime prevention

John is a successful attorney, brilliant author and radio talk show host who has most definitely made a name for himself. He is known for taking on topics that others may be afraid to tackle.

John‘s executive assistant quotes him as stating, “We have formed an exploratory committee. I need to see if this is the right choice for my family. If I run, it will be because the Capital Area children are my primary concern. The way we treat children and teachers in this community has to change. We are not thinking far enough outside the box to secure a better future for this great city. It is time that someone who can think outside the box steps in to help plan and implement a better future for our children and for this entire community.”

John is extremely well qualified and well versed in politics and he holds a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University Law School and a Master of Business Administration From the University of New Orleans.

We wish him success in all of his endeavors and we believe he will be able to move mountains, as compared to many other politicians.
