Wal-Mart has settled a lawsuit with Morgan’s representatives and two others who were also injured in the June 7 crash on the New Jersey Turnpike.
Tracy Morgan has reached a settlement with Wal-Mart after he was severely injured in a wreck involving one of the company’s trucks last year.
Wal-Mart announced on Wednesday that it had settled a lawsuit with Morgan’s representatives and two other limo passengers who were injured in the June 7 crash on the New Jersey Turnpike.
The terms and conditions of the settlement with the 30 Rock star and the other plaintiffs remain confidential – but the company ultimately took responsibility, Morgan’s attorney said.
‘Walmart and I worked diligently to reach this settlement for the plaintiffs and their families,’ said Benedict P. Morelli. ‘Walmart took full responsibility for the accident, which we greatly appreciate.’
