Private Investigator Claims OJ Simpson’s Son Killed His Wife And Friend

Sunday, April 1st, 2012

A Texas private investigator claims he knows who really killed Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman in 1994. And it wasn’t OJ Simpson.

In a new book, ‘OJ is Innocent and I Can Prove It,’ William C. Dear alleges Simpson went on trial, and was acquitted of murder, in an effort to deflect attention from the true killer: His son Jason.

Dear says Simpson was at the crime scene — but not until after his ex-wife and her friend had been stabbed to death.

After a six-year investigation, Dear says he has found circumstantial evidence that links Jason Simpson, 41, to the murders.

The private eye claims he dug through Jason Simpson’s garbage and his abandoned storage locker in search of new evidence, the New York Post reported.

In the search, Dear says he found a hunting knife that forensic experts say is the murder weapon that was never recovered during the police investigation.

Wild Dude: Dennis Rodman Forming Topless Women’s Basketball Team [Video]

Monday, January 2nd, 2012

Dennis Rodman is making a basketball comeback, just not in the way you might have expected. The 50-year old retired NBA Hall of Fame player has teamed with Headquarters Gentlemen’s Club in New York to form a topless women’s team according to the New York Post.

“I don’t know too many men that don’t like a good-looking woman running up and down around the court,” Rodman told the Post.

“The Worm” got the idea after Rick’s Cabaret teamed with former NBA player Spud Webb to form Rick’s Basketball Association during the NBA lockout last year. There were teams in several cities, but the league disbanded once the NBA players and owners ended their lockout.

“We stepped aside when the NBA returned,” said a Rick’s spokesman, who added, “We love Dennis . . . His regular table at Rick’s Cabaret is available. We wish Dennis well in coaching another team, but if the RBA was still in existence, we would have made Dennis our commissioner.”

Rodman will be auditioning players at Headquarters starting next week. Other than a height requirement of 5’10, no real experience is needed according to the former Chicago Bull.

“You don’t have to have too much experience, just know how to throw the ball into the hole,” said Rodman, who added, “They’ll come out in a T-shirt or a tank top, but when the game starts, they’ll go topless.”

Rodman said he hopes to challenge Rick’s to a charity game.

New York authorities have charged 17 people involved in a ‘high-end’ Brooklyn escort service that made some $7 million over three years dealing sex and drugs to clients.

While some clients forked out $10,000 a night with High Class New York, one dropped an incredible $170,000 – though it is unclear what he received, according to Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes

‘I’ve been informed that customers are all high-end customers, coming from the financial markets many of them, hedge fund people, people with nothing but money, willing to pay these enormous amounts of money for God knows what,’ Mr Hynes said.

The Sheepshead Bay-based escort service charged from $400 to $3,600 per hour for the girls.

Charges include enterprise corruption, promoting prostitution, money laundering, and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

The women aged between 20 and 30, prosecutors said.

‘Because the enterprise sought an upscale clientels, all escorts had to submit photographs and complete a face-to-face interview to ensure they met high stanrds for appearance,’ Mr Hynes told the New York Post.

‘There were full-service options [of women]. There were Europeans, Americans, Australians and people of all races,’ Mr Hynes said. ‘No one Irish.’

Two escorts were separately charged with prostitution, criminal sale of a controlled substance and attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.

No men have been charged by Mr Hynes said, ‘We’re considering that.’

The company advertised online on sites like Craigslist and along with in a number of media outlets, the DA said.

‘I’m a married man. I don’t want to think about it,’ Mr Hynes added.

To avoid being discovered, the company: ‘creating a series of dummy corporations with misleading names that conducted its financial transactions,’ Mr Hynes said.

They used codes, including calling prostitutes models, referring to their services as time and companionship only.’

‘They used discrete credit-card billing practices to help the johns conceal the true nature of the services on monthly billing statements,’ the prosecutor added.

‘They even went so far as to hire a law firm to draw up employment contracts for employees, particularly their prostitutes, containing bogus clauses forbidding sexual contact between models and clients.’

And the company sold drugs with the sex as well with asking for ‘champagne’ being code for cocaine.

‘Instead of paying 20 bucks for cocaine, they were paying 170 bucks,’ Mr Hynes said.

Diddy settles civil suits stemming from Shyne’s 1999 Club NY shooting Pays 1 Victim 1.8 Mil

Thursday, June 23rd, 2011

DailyMail reports:

-Woman shot in face received $1.8m
-Jamal Barrow was deported back to Belize after serving nine years in jail

Rapper Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs has settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit with three revellers hit in a Christmas shooting at a New York nightclub, it was revealed today.

Natania Reuben, 40, was shot in the face during the 1999 attack at Club New York and has received $1.8 million (£1.1 m), some of which has apparently come from the star’s own pocket.

She was hit in the nose and suffered seizures because of seven bullet fragments still lodged in her face.

On the night of the shooting Combs was in the club with then girlfriend Jennifer Lopez to celebrate his former protégé Jamal ‘Shyne’ Barrow’s new record deal.

But a row broke out with clubber Matthew ‘Scar’ Allen and Barrow pulled a gun and began to fire, hitting several bystanders.

Along with Natania Reuben two other unarmed victims were also paid $500,000 and $50,000 for their injuries, according to the New York Times.

Barrow was jailed for nine years and deported to his native Belize for the attack.

Combs was cleared of any wrongdoing in the criminal case, but both he and Barrow, as well as the now-shut club’s owners, were targeted in a $130 million (£81 million) legal battle for compensation in 2008.

During the trial Ms Reuben, a beautician mother of two, said when she was shot ‘It felt like a flaming hot sledgehammer hit me in the face.’

Today Diddy declined to comment on the payments.

Natania Reuben’s lawyer, Debra Reiser, said: ‘My client wanted the confidentiality agreement because she didn’t want any further publicity. She’s been victimized enough.’

The exact terms of the settlements have been kept secret but former Club New York owner Michael Bergos has revealed the cash deals.

Bergos told the New York Post that he was unsure who paid what amount in the deal, but said he understood P Diddy had to pay himself while Barrow’s and the club’s shares were picked up by insurance companies.

Girl’s Attitude Costs Her Chance At Probation By Showing Off Tattoos And Bra Straps In Court

Sunday, June 12th, 2011

A teenager accused of assault, who admitted she was high on pot at her previous court hearing, outraged the judge on Friday by turning up in ripped jeans and an off-the-shoulder top.

Chazmia Morrison is accused of taking part in the beating of a fellow female student at Brooklyn Academy High School in Bedford-Stuyvesant, New York.

It was originaly thought the 17-year-old would admit attempted felony assault in exchange for five years’ probation and youth offender status.

But on Friday she appeared to have killed her chance of probation by strutting up to the defence table looking very sullen and uncooperative.

Her skimpy top revealed her bra straps and hearts and stars tattoos on her shoulders.

Incredulous Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Patricia DiMango said: ‘Are you going to a club or something?

‘You’re showing me your tattoos, your bra straps. That’s how you’re going to impress me?’

Mrs DiMango, 58, has a reputation for being a tough judge … and for dressing smartly.

She was already angry with Morrison from the first hearing when the teenager admitted she was high on pot.

Mrs DiMango had asked her the routine question of whether she was on anything that might cloud her judgment and negate the plea.

Morrison stunned the courtroom admitted she was high on marijuana.

Friday’s hearing was in effect a second chance for Morrison to opt for a plea deal.

She was required to admit under oath that she had been part of the group of jealous girls who attacked Shacara McLaurin.

The teen singer was hit in the face with a padlock wrapped in a sock, allegedly to prevent her from performing in a talent show.

Mrs DiMango offered Morrison drug treatment yesterday as part of the plea package.

But the defiant Morrison said she didn’t need it, the New York Post reports.

‘If you don’t have a [drug] problem, you’re really a brat for coming to court high!’ Mrs DiMango snapped back.

‘There are [people who have been] heroin addicts for years who don’t shoot up before they come to court.’

Monday, April 18th, 2011

Lissedia Batista, a Spanish teacher at a high school in The Bronx, New York, was just days away from finding out if she was expecting a boy or a girl when a brawl broke out between two teenagers over a chair.
The 27-year-old told one of the students to come with her but it sparked chaos in the classroom as other teenagers muscled in on the action.

In the midst of scattering chairs and scuffling teenagers a pupil shoved or fell into Mrs Batista’s back causing her to fall forward, her stomach crashing into a hard chair.

Talking to the New York Post she recalled: ‘Everything was blanking out because I felt like I was in pain.’

Miss Batista got up and calmed the teenagers down before continuing her class, in a former Chemistry laboratory.

She later learned she had lost her unborn child, but astonishingly does not hold any bad feelings towards any of her students.
