Gloria Allred Files a Lawsuit on Behalf of Ex-Fiancee Miss Jackson Against Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Thursday, September 4th, 2014

capture-20140904-183805-crop

Floyd Mayweather’s ex-fiancee Shantel Jackson is suing the boxer — claiming he attacked her on multiple occasions and once PULLED A GUN ON HER and threatened to shoot.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, Jackson claims Floyd first got violent with her back in 2012 … right after he was released from the slammer in a domestic violence case involving another woman.

Jackson claims the two were arguing when “He twisted [her] arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it.”

Jackson claims Mayweather got violent again in April 2013 … when during another argument, he “bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking ‘Which toe do you want me to shoot?’”

In her suit, Jackson claims he then demanded her to remove her 17 carat diamond engagement ring at gunpoint.

Jackson also claims Mayweather invaded her privacy when he posted photos of her sonogram on social media — and claimed the “real” reason they broke up is because she “killed our twin babies.”

There’s more … Jackson claims Mayweather struck again in Feb. 2014 at his condo at the Ritz in L.A.

Shantel claims she was trying to leave following yet another argument — when Floyd grabbed her by the arm and dragged her back inside. She claims Floyd blocked her from leaving for more than an hour.

She’s suing for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and more.

PINE BLUFF, AR (July 30, 2014) – Local business owner, LaTasha Renee Savage announced her intentions to seek the position of Pine Bluff School District Board of Directors for Zone 4.

“As a Pine Bluff School District, Southeast Arkansas College and UAPB educated business woman, I have long been a supporter of our educational system. I support engaging curricula and making fiscally and academically responsible decisions for our district. As the Director of Operations and co-owner of “It’s Mom Me Child Care and Early Development Learning Center,” I understand the value of education and a board that governs with responsible oversight,” said Savage.

“Education is more than reading, writing and arithmetic. It is one of the most important investments a city can make in its students and its future. Education can boost economic growth by creating greater opportunities that reduces poverty, saves children’s lives and fosters peace,” said Savage. “With improved education, so many other areas are positively affected. Education has the power to make Pine Bluff a better place.”

Savage has worked in the community and schools through her annual Prom Dress Drive, where she collects dresses, shoes and accessories and provides them free of charge to students who may not be able to afford the luxury of attending prom. How low can you go? Dr. Bernice King (pictured below) had the unfortunate experience of seeing her idolized father’s, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., face superimposed on the image of a street hood sporting a huge gold chain and making a gang sign gestures under the party headline “Freedom to Twerk.” The fliers, which had been distributed widely, were promoting a January 18th Flint, Mich., teen club’s twerk party.
