Sony Mobile Communications hosted the Sony Xperia Z launch party Tuesday night, July 16th at SoHo hotspot 214 Lafayette St. The five-story townhouse was transformed into a water oasis, featuring an underwater orchestra, a rain room photo booth and much more.
Actress, author and model Ali Larter (Heroes, Lovesick) looked stunning wearing a pink A-line mini dress while mingling with guests and playing with the Sony Xperia Z. Over 200 people attended the exclusive event, including singer-songwriters Wynter Gordon and Melanie Fiona, models Natalie Suarez and Shaun D. Ross, and actor turned rapper Tristan Wilds (The Wire, 90210) among others.

Celebrity socialite and DJ Hannah Bronfman spun tunes all night. The evening was topped off with a surprise musical performance by alternative rock band Passion Pit.
